We’re all here on Earth going through our own human journeys to collectively learn, grow, and be the highest version of ourselves. Least to say, we can all use support along the way. At Sage Cove Healing, I offer Reiki and tarot as spiritual resources that can help you feel more grounded, connect with yourself more deeply, and strengthen your own intuitive decision making. By embodying these states, you can manifest your highest timeline with more ease.
I’m Amanda, a Reiki practitioner and tarot reader located in Chicago, IL
My spiritual journey started in 2024 when I sought out guidance from tarot about my relationships and interpersonal connections. Based on my own self readings, I instantly understood tarot as a conduit for the Universe to assist us with personal discovery and growth. My relationship with tarot has lead me to be on a path of fluency in this so called language of the Universe.
Along the way, I learned about Reiki and experienced first hand of its healing properties for my emotional wellbeing. Since 2025, I have trained under different teachers in different lineages to expand my Reiki knowledge. I am a Reiki practitioner currently trained in Reiki Level ll.
In culmination, my spiritual & holistic wellness journey has inspired me to support others with the soothing energy of Reiki and the guiding star of tarot. My approach to wellness also emphasizes nervous system regulation. It would be an honor if you feel called to work with me!

Reiki
The practice of Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality. Reiki itself is universal life force energy which is inherit in everything living (people, animals, plants, etc.). The purpose of Reiki for your bodily system is like that of water; it is foundational to your overall wellbeing. Receiving Reiki fills your energetic cup, replenishes your energetic system with positive energy, and allows any stagnant energy to flow more freely. This results in many ways of healing and rejuvenation - physically, emotionally, and mentally.
From my experience of receiving and giving Reiki, Reiki can help regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety, reduce pain, aid in more restful sleep, unblock limiting beliefs, facilitate inner child work, and create space to be more compassionate with yourself. Receiving Reiki is a great supplement to standard therapy and treatments.

Tarot
I consider tarot to be one of the languages of the Universe. The Universe holds the blueprint of our lives (i.e. Akashic Records) so if we speak to the Universe through tarot, we can get guidance on navigating our lives. This guidance can span from gaining understanding about yourself or your relationships, getting insight about some aspect of your future, learning from your past, receiving input about your current path, expand your personal growth, and so much more.
My approach with tarot is to help you frame your questions so that the guidance from tarot places empowerment in your hands. I avoid using tarot as a crutch or to replace decision making. Leaning on your own intuition is a lesson of the human experience after all.
